This handbook provides an overview of your responsibilities, best practices, and directs you to our comprehensive Community Guidelines, which all reviewers must adhere to. Our collective commitment to quality and respect ensures a positive experience for everyone on the platform.

Your Core Responsibilities as a Reviewer

Delivering Value and Professionalism

Your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality, honest, and constructive feedback that is tailored to the user's submission and the package they purchased. This involves:

Thorough Analysis

Carefully examine all submitted materials (photos, bio, prompts, user's stated goals).

Actionable Advice

Offer specific, practical suggestions that users can implement.

Constructive Tone

Frame feedback, even criticism, in a helpful and respectful manner. Avoid overly harsh or demeaning language. (Refer to Community Guidelines for details on respectful communication).

Timeliness

Strive to complete reviews within your stated response time. For Texting Simulator sessions, respond within the 24-hour chat window and submit the Report Card promptly after it expires. For Mock Date sessions, show up to the scheduled video call on time.

Adherence to Package Scope

Ensure your review deliverables match what was promised in the purchased package. For Mock Date and Texting Simulator packages, deliverables include Report Cards rather than traditional reviews.

Professionalism

Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions and content.

Session-Based Reviews

For session-based packages (Mock Date, Texting Simulator), stay in character during the roleplay portion and deliver a Report Card after the session ends.

Texting Simulator Reviews

What It Is

A 24-hour real-time text roleplay where you simulate being a match and have a text conversation with the user. This helps users practice their texting skills in a realistic setting.

How to Start

Tap "Start Chat" to begin the 24-hour window. Once started, the clock begins and you should engage naturally throughout the session.

Guidelines

Reply naturally (not instantly) — mirror real texting cadence

Stay in character as a real match, not a coach

Be professional — no explicit content, no real personal info

You can send images (up to 20 per session)

After the 24-hour window closes, submit a Texting Report Card

Verdict: Yes / Almost / Not Yet

Ratings: Banter, Escalation, Engagement

Feedback: Pros, cons, and actionable advice

Mock Date Reviews

What It Is

A 30-minute video call where you roleplay as a date for the first 20 minutes, then break character and provide coaching feedback for the last 10 minutes.

How to Schedule

Use the in-app scheduler to propose a time. The user confirms, and both parties receive a calendar reminder.

Guidelines

First 20 minutes: Act natural, test their conversation flow, body language, and flirting

Last 10 minutes: Break character, share honest feedback and coaching

After the session: Submit a Post-Date Report Card

Setting Up New Package Types

To create Mock Date or Texting Simulator packages, go to Settings → Manage Packages and select the appropriate package type. Configure your pricing, availability, and description.

Suggested Pricing

Mock Date: $50–$120 per session

Texting Simulator: $25–$75 per session

Best Practices for Success

Tips for Thriving as a Reviewer

Beyond following the rules, here are tips to build a strong reputation and provide excellent service:

Clear Communication

Ensure your profile bio and package descriptions accurately reflect your style and offerings.

Manage Expectations

Set realistic response times and clearly define what each package includes.

Seek Clarity (if needed)

While direct messaging isn't a primary feature, if a user's submission is unclear, provide the best review you can based on the information given, or note areas where more context would have been helpful (for their future reference).

Stay Updated

Periodically review your own profile, pricing, and this Help Center for any updates.

Embrace Feedback

Pay attention to the ratings and comments you receive from users to continuously improve your review quality.

Maintaining Account Health

Avoiding Issues

Consistently low ratings or repeated violations of Community Guidelines may lead to a review of your account status by the RMH team.

Ensure your Stripe Connect account remains in good standing for uninterrupted payouts.

Respond to any communications from the RMH admin team promptly.
